NOTICE: For any person who visited wellerrecreation.com on or before September 28, 2026, please be advised that the prior owner(s)/registrant(s) of wellerrecreation.com were unaffiliated with Weller Recreation, LLC (the “Company”).
While the Company did not know the true identity of the(se) person(s), who purported to represent both the Company and one or more of its officers with respect to wellerrecreation.com , the Company commenced an action in the United States District Court for the District of Utah (Case No. Case No. 2:26-cv-502) to unmask the fraudsters and to prevent the fraudulent use of the site.
The Company also commenced a Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution action before the Forum (Case No. FA2607002236552).
On September 15, 2026, the Forum entered a written decision confirming that the prior owner(s)/registrant(s) of wellerrecreation.com had chosen and registered the domain name in bad faith with the intention of taking predatory advantage of others.
The Forum has transferred wellerrecreation.com to the Company, as of September 28, 2026.
The Company is in the process of taking receipt of the domain name and otherwise administering the domain name going forward. This process may take between 5 to 10 days.
