Order & Return Policy for Wellerrec.com


All items must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery date.

All returns will be made through our Kamas, Utah location.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Electrical parts, acid filled batteries, and opened chemicals/oils cannot be returned.

A restocking fee of 20% applies on all returns.

Certain conditions and exemptions can be applied to our return policy.

Make sure you have received an RMA before proceeding. Wellerrec.com will not accept any returned items without a valid RMA number. The items will be refused and sent back to you, the customer, at your expense.

Package the items securely in the original box. Please be sure any old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed from the box being used.

Returned items must be in the original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.

Items sold in vacuum sealed packaging cannot be returned if opened. If non-resealable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in “new condition.”

All returned items must be in the original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include undamaged packaging, attached tags, stickers, instructions, etc. Please ensure that helmets are sent back with the visor cling intact. All information and instruction sheets need to be returned with hard parts.

We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been installed.

Never ship an item in just the original manufacturers packaging. Please put original manufacturers packaging into a shipping box with sufficient packing materials. We recommend using the box your items were originally shipped in.

Please pack your items securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred and will not be able to accept it as a return.

Include original invoice, RMA authorization and other necessary contact information.

All returned items are inspected. Used and damaged items will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.


Make sure your return or exchange gets to us promptly.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. or any variation of a similar process. Packaging shipped C.O.D. will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Shipping return labels can be requested during the RMA obtainment procedure at the customers expense.

If you decide to use your own carrier, please use a carrier that incorporates tracking and/or insurance services.

Sorry we cannot refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.



In the event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has been processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, it cannot be changed.  Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.


All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer not by Weller Recreation. Warranty returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable.  All items eligible for warranty return must have been installed by a factory authorized dealer. 


Our normal shipping time, on in stock items, is 1-3 business days after we receive your order.


We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions, or other errors on our web pages. All our information is direct from the manufacturers and we cannot be held liable for any of their errors.
